Hi, I’m Dr. Bianca Ortega, and I’m proud to serve the Balch Springs community as a dedicated family dentist. I graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry, where I developed a strong foundation in clinical excellence and a deep appreciation for personalized, patient-centered care.

What I love most about dentistry is connecting with people—listening to their stories, understanding their unique concerns, and creating tailored solutions that truly make a difference in their oral health and confidence. My goal is always to make patients feel comfortable, heard, and empowered.

Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my friends and my two wonderful dogs who never fail to brighten my day. I’m also a foodie at heart and love exploring new restaurants and cuisines. When I need to recharge, you’ll often find me behind a camera, capturing life’s special moments through photography.

Being both passionate about dentistry and inspired by life outside the clinic helps me bring empathy, energy, and a personal touch to every patient interaction.

⭐️ 10 not just 5 I had a great experience taking my kids to this dental office. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and kind. The doctors were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. What really stood out to me was how patient and caring Dr. Paul was with my kids. He took the time to talk to them, ease their nerves, and make sure they felt comfortable. Because of that, my kids were happy, relaxed, and even cooperative—something I don’t take for granted at the dentist! As a parent, it’s not always easy to find a dentist who truly connects with kids, but Dr. Paul made it feel effortless. If you’re looking for a place where your kids will feel comfortable and well cared for, don’t overthink it—give them a try. I’m beyond grateful to have found this dental office! My son recently lost his dental insurance and was due for his six-month checkup. Other offices wanted $250 just for an exam, but this amazing team was so understanding—they waived his exam fee, and my out-of-pocket cost was exactly as quoted. My son, who’s usually terrified of the dentist, was on the verge of tears on the way there, but the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The dentist was so patient, explaining everything to him in a way that made him laugh! I highly recommend this office and am so thankful to have found my son’s new dental home!

Walking into Inspire Dental the staff is welcoming, very professional and the facility is clean. The location I came to had an activity area for young children and surprisingly it was pretty quiet my 7 year old loved it. I brought my teenager in for cavities the service was smooth and the pricing is great. This is our new family dentist and I definitely recommend anyone to come.
