Hi, I’m Dr. John Paul—and I’m proud to serve as a pediatric and family dentist right here in my hometown of Garland. After graduating from dental school in Boston in 2014, I returned to Texas with a deep passion for helping people smile. Being part of the Inspire Dental & Orthodontics team allows me to combine high-quality care with a personal touch, which is what I love most about dentistry.

For me, it’s not just about fixing teeth—it’s about building relationships. I enjoy getting to know my patients, hearing about their lives, and creating a welcoming environment where they feel genuinely cared for. Helping people find solutions that improve their oral health and confidence is the most rewarding part of what I do.

Outside the office, you’ll probably find me on the basketball court, catching up with friends, or diving into the latest trends in blockchain and digital tech. But my favorite role is being a husband and dad. My wife and son are my biggest inspirations, and I cherish every moment we spend together—whether it’s a weekend outing or just hanging out at home.

⭐️ 10 not just 5 I had a great experience taking my kids to this dental office. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and kind. The doctors were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. What really stood out to me was how patient and caring Dr. Paul was with my kids. He took the time to talk to them, ease their nerves, and make sure they felt comfortable. Because of that, my kids were happy, relaxed, and even cooperative—something I don’t take for granted at the dentist! As a parent, it’s not always easy to find a dentist who truly connects with kids, but Dr. Paul made it feel effortless. I’m beyond grateful to have found this dental office! My son recently lost his dental insurance and was due for his six-month checkup. Other offices wanted $250 just for an exam, but this amazing team was so understanding—they waived his exam fee, and my out-of-pocket cost was exactly as quoted. My son, who’s usually terrified of the dentist, was on the verge of tears on the way there, but the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The dentist was so patient, explaining everything to him in a way that made him laugh! I highly recommend this office and am so thankful to have found my son’s new dental home!

Walking into Inspire Dental the staff is welcoming, very professional and the facility is clean. The location I came to had an activity area for young children and surprisingly it was pretty quiet my 7 year old loved it. I brought my teenager in for cavities the service was smooth and the pricing is great. This is our new family dentist and I definitely recommend anyone to come.
